Summer Student Clerk Finance Project Office (Job ID: 9597)

Non-clinical based summer positions are available to university/college students at Unity Health Toronto. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer student to join our team and assist with various project tasks related to our business system (ERP).

As a Summer Student in the Finance Project Office, you will play an important role in supporting our team with project work focused on data entry and project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment and develop valuable skills in business system data and project management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with data entry and management of business information within the ERP system
  • Support project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and preparing reports
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of project tasks
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives
  • Provide administrative support, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have completed at least one year of university/college and returning to school on a full-time basis in September 2025
  • Must be 18 years of age at time of hire
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the Mission and Values of Unity Health Toronto
  • Excellent record of attendance and punctuality
