Job Title: Business Administration and Marketing Co-Op (Summer 2025)

A Day in the Life:
-Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team (scheduling, preparing reports and presentations etc.).
-Update, organize and manage company databases, specification platforms, and records to ensure these tools are operating effectively.
-Identify best practices for multiple platforms with the Business Development Team.
-Assist in marketing initiatives including but not limited to: ESG Program, website development, internal and external product promotion.
-Assist with collaboration and development of innovative marketing strategies to achieve sales and strategic goals.
-Complete special projects related to advertising and promotions.
-Support order entries in Dynamics.
-All other duties as required.
What You Bring:
-Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary Business Administration Program.
-Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficient with MS Office Suite.
-Previous experience with CRM programs (ex. Hubspot) will be considered an asset.
