You Have:

  • Experience leading and/or supporting small to medium sized projects
  • Solid technical skills (e.g. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt

And this is totally you:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating staff events (e.g., Wellness, Learning & Development, EDI).
  • Support policy and compliance initiatives, including policy tracking and updates in line with legislative requirements.
  • Develop employee communications.
  • Monitor and respond to employee questions shared in a common inbox.
  • Conduct research to support various P&C projects.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as electronic filing.
