You Have:

  • Experience leading and/or supporting small to medium-sized projects
  • Solid technical skills (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Python, Power BI, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt

And this is totally you:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as vendor research and assist in the request intake process.
  • Prepare reports using Excel and assist with the procure-to-pay process by reviewing requests and contacting clients.
  • Conduct data entry and update the filing system for contracts and suppliers.
  • Coordinate tasks for file analysis and facilitate several procurement processes (service contract, service categories, etc.).
  • Prepare and set up documents and templates for procurement purposes.
  • Assist in the reorganization and standardization of document management.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of financial models to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Utilize technical skills in Python, Power BI, and other analytical tools to build and enhance financial models.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
