You Have:

  • Qualitative research and data analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid technical skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Keen attention to detail

And this is totally you:

  • Develop a pre-interview guide or short survey to gather physicians' experiences related to key themes from the CMA's National Physician Health Survey data.
  • Conduct pre-interviews and short surveys to identify participants for the case study.
  • Analyze data to select suitable physician respondents for the case study.
  • Collaborate with the Measurement, Evaluation, Insights & Analytics (MEI&A) team and the Physical, Psychological, and Cultural Safety (PPCS) team to create data collection instruments.
  • Conduct interviews with physicians.
  • Analyze data and draft a summative report on the case studies conducted.
