You Have:

  • Experience leading and/or supporting small to medium-sized projects
  • Solid technical skills (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt

And this is totally you:

  • Conduct daily checks of office space
  • Help manage our shared email account
  • Track and log visitor and employee day passes
  • Organize and distribute mail
  • Assist with shipping tasks
  • Monitor office supplies (pens, notepads, printer paper, etc.)
  • Keep track of kitchen supplies (paper towels, Kleenex, dish soap, etc.)
  • Ensure coffee and milk supplies are stocked
  • Keep the basement storage room tidy
  • Assist with onsite catering
  • Set up for Town Hall meetings
  • Water office plants
  • Help with onboarding tours of the facility
  • Support other related projects and duties as needed
