As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist with every aspect of the recruitment process including developing job descriptions, posting, pre-screening, interviewing, and background checks. You will also support the creation of talent acquisition strategies, marketing materials, and develop an understanding of sourcing analytics. This role is an excellent opportunity for a student who is interested in pursuing a career in HR.

Your Experience:
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration or Arts completing 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of study
Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
