The successful candidate can expect experiences in negotiating agreements, managing suppliers, assessing competitive commercial proposals, project management and gaining exposure to industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide General Administrative Support to the Team
  • Provide support with preparation of contract documents including Contract Templates, Confidentiality Agreements, Contract Routing and Summary Documents, Change Orders, Sole Sourcing Documents and other related contract documents)
  • Resolving Mismatch and Billing issues
  • Oracle SME (Super User) - provide support, guidance and training to end users of Oracle iProcurement (requisitioners) and Oracle Purchasing (buyers) modules
  • Provide support in developing and maintaining Supply Management Policies and Procedures
  • Provide support in Governance and Compliance activities
  • Participate in Process Improvement activities

Your Skills:

  • Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suit of software offerings (TEAMs, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc...)
  • Understanding of commercial agreements and supply management terminology
  • Understanding of construction terminology
  • Understanding of engineering terminology
  • Understanding of project management

Your Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Business program
  • Must have completed at least 1 year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
  • Exposure to supply management activities (negotiations, vendor management, logistic coordination)
