Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment - Support the recruitment process from start to finish, including attracting and sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and providing recommendations to Hiring Managers.
  • Candidate Communication - Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Interview Coordination - Work closely with Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding - Help promote Gulf Operators as an employer of choice by participating in recruitment events and enhancing our presence on social media and job boards.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Education - Currently enrolled in a Business Administration or Commerce program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Passion for Recruitment - Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to build a career in this area.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Detail-Oriented - Strong attention to detail when managing candidate information and recruitment records.
  • Curiosity and Improvement - A mindset geared towards continuous learning and improvement in everything you do.
