As a Building Operations Governance student, you will be part of the Building Operations Team managing 6 properties in Saint John, New Brunswick. Management of the Home Office (a LEED certified building) involves the use of various programs and digital platforms running the systems within the building (heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, emergency power, etc.). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting updates within Building Operations for various the processes, standards & new governance documents. This role will share responsibility for developing standards and processes, on-boarding, training & communication material, developing our SharePoint site and governance objectives.

In this role, you will gather data, research industry best practices, provide support with preparation of presentations, and support continuous improvement. You will also support process improvement initiatives and assist in rewriting procedures and guidelines when appropriate.

Your Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program, completing 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study
  • Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education.
