Job Summary
The Retail Team Lead will be responsible for assisting guests with product selection, completing sales and general retail operations.
Essential Job Functions
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
POS operations.Assisting the store team in achieving and surpassing store targets.
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
Being aware of promotional offers throughout the store.
Awareness of loss prevention.
Opening and closing procedures.
Receiving stock accurately.
Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
Ensure that all related activities are conducted in a safe manner through sound judgment and knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have minimum 1 year in customer service. Experience in retail is considered an asset
Must have completed Grade 12 education.
Required Qualifications and Abilities
Intermediate computer experience.
Ability to work in a team and show initiative.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
