Description (Winter):

Sure, it is fun to ski and board on, but we need to clear the snow and ice out of the Village every season! You love being outdoors and do not mind keeping warm through physical activity. You will safely maintain walkways and stairs free of snow and ice. You will gain a good knowledge of Panorama and any current activities, events, or functions in order to keep guests informed. Our snow removal team has one of the best opportunities to have fun, be animated and provide friendly and courteous customer service throughout the day.

Essential Functions:

  • Snow Removal of walkways and stairs,
  • Clean roof tops of heavy snow when required.
  • Use snow blowers to maintain walkways and decks.
  • Ensure safety of guests from large snow slides and falling icicles.
  • Assist general maintenance staff in all aspects.
  • Resort cleanliness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Secondary Education
  • Some experience handling snow removal equipment.
  • Communication skills within work environment, among guests and employees.
  • Must be physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must have a solid work ethic and the ability to have fun while working hard!
  • Valid Driver's License

Description (Summer):

To maintain common area grounds, including cutting grass, maintaining flowerbeds, pruning trees, garbage pick-up, sweeping and washing of walkways and roads. This position can continue as snow removal for the winter season.

Essential Functions:

  • Garbage pick-up in and around the resort
  • Cutting lawns resort wide (common areas, hotel, and property in general)
  • Dead head of flowers and ensure beds are weed free.
  • Clean up and prune trees.
  • Clean up and weed walkways.
  • Power wash all walkways and roads.
  • Assist Village Amenities Staff in all aspects.
  • Maintain a clean, crisp, and professional appearance.
  • Be aware of the condition of grounds and any areas that need attention.
  • Have a good knowledge of the resort and any current events, activities, or functions so that guests can be informed.
  • Be friendly, outgoing and enjoy outside work.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • 1 - 3yrs experience in flower and plant maintenance
  • Must be physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs.
