Reporting to the Manager of People and Culture, the Work Experience Placement position will be part of the People and Culture Team at AFSC. The Team is primarily responsible for managing the processes and procedures associated with the Employee Life Cycle - Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training, Career progression, Safe work practices, and Off-boarding. Objectives
This position will allow the candidate to gain exposure in many of the above processes. It will also support the team on other projects as needed.

What will you be responsible for?
• Create a plan for your term that outlines your project, other work and goals you have.
• Complete a project that fulfills or exceeds your educational institution's work experience requirements in align with AFSC's strategic goals.
• Support other team members via workload relief and partnering with them on projects to learn from their experience.
• Help review and write policies and procedures
• Help assess our HR Metrics and how they can assist business partners in decision making.
• Help with annual process audits - driver's license report; work away agreements, etc.
